We have many facilities available to Edinburgh residents, even if you do not have a direct connection to the University. These range from gym membership at Sport & Exercise to a wide range of evening classes and short courses.

Community Access to Rooms offers local community groups and organisations the opportunity to use University rooms free-of-charge.

Our superb sports facilities are some of the best in the UK and open to everyone.

The Free Legal Advice Centre delivers pro bono legal services to members of the public living in and around the Edinburgh area who, for whatever reason, cannot access legal advice elsewhere.

Hope Park Counselling at the University of Edinburgh offers counselling to individuals over the age of sixteen living in the Edinburgh area.

If you enjoy the arts and culture, you’ll find something of interest in our museums, galleries and exhibition spaces.
